7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Northshore Data Tools Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for access to the service during the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim or 100 EUR, whichever is lower. The limitations in this section apply whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Northshore Data Tools Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

14. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or for security, technical, or operational reasons. 15. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect fourteen days after posting the revised Terms on the site, unless a shorter period is required by law. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service before the effective date of the changes.
16. Service Availability and Changes
We strive to maintain a reliable and accessible site for users in Canada, but availability may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without liability. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, denial-of-service attacks, or natural events.
17. Severability and Entire Agreement
